Home-Stay Coordinator

A position is available in our International Department to work 30 hours per week. This includes some after hours appointments and phone calls. The key role includes finding new homestay families, arranging home visits, completing paperwork, aiding coordination of student transport and managing homestay payments.

The successful appliant will be flexible, caring, kind, have a positive and professional attitude, with excellent communication and administration skills. They will also need to be well organised, able to problem solve and work colaboratively. A full driving license is essential and an understanding of the Code of Practice for International Students would be an advantage.

The role is 42 weeks per annum, starting 1 week prior to Term 1 and including the second week of Term 2 holidays. Bursar / Accounts Admin Assistant.  

This is a part-time role during the school term, covering two days per week, approximately four hours per day with some flexibility. The main parts of the role include: AP, AR, banking, small payroll, account reconcilliation, monthly reporting and other tasks to assist the Bursar and Finance Director.

Experience in a similar role or environment would be advantageous. The role would suit a self-starter who doesn't mind trying their hand at different tasks.
