The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award scheme is an internationally-recognised development programme for young people aged 14 to 25. The aim is to encourage and motivate young people to become involved in voluntary self-development activities. The scheme introduces you to a range of opportunities so that you can gain new skills, have new experiences and make a difference to your community and your world.
It is about challenge, adventure and achievement, regardless of your background. It’s also a great way to make new friends, try new things, improve fitness and gain new skills. There are three award levels – Gold, Silver and Bronze – and for each level there are various sections that need to be completed. Please click the logo above for more information about the programme.
